4weeks (£600), 6 weeks (£800)- Project Contribution
Short term costs:

• Food
• Accommodation, beds, pillows, lighting
• All on the ground transport
• Project Materials for all project activities such as sand dam construction, barrage building, water tanks, nursery gardens and school projects
• Local skilled staff wages for all project work
• Local wages for lady to provide cooking, cleaning
• Local wages for two trained night-watchmen
• Communications- mobile phones and internet cost 

Medium term support: 

• Maintenance and upkeep of project over the next year i.e. funds for maintaining tree nursery, employment of local Excellent Development staff year round 

Long term commitment: 

• Donation to Excellent Development for ongoing work, development and staff costs.

• In-country orientation and training days

• Pre-departure training course and preparation
• Pre-departure Info-CD expedition manual
• Project Leader wages, flights and on the ground expenses
• Project Leader training
• Safety equipment and first aid kit, emergency contingency planning, continual risk assessments
• Repatriation assistance and emergency back-up funds
• Quest UK staff costs – pre-departure support and 24 hour back-up from the UK
• Quest medical consultant Dr Jon Dallimore– 24-hour medical advice and support when you are overseas
• Negotiating with flight companies and insurers to provide the best deal for you
• Your Quest T-shirt
• Year round planning and development of project- including assessing aims and objectives for the project in the short, medium and long term
• Recces by Operations Managers to assess validity of project aims, maintain quality of project site and continually check conditions for volunteers
• Selection costs associated with volunteers (Interview/Open Evening, support when signing up).
