"Thanks to all the Quest team.......
I have been back about a week now and the whole expedition is not even
close to sinking in. The 6 weeks were fantastic - It is
obviously a route that has evolved over time. There are simply no
improvements I can suggest, it really was that good.
Swaziland - I loved the cultural village and visiting the Quest project (I was
very impressed by your work).
Mozambique - Tofu is the place to chill-oh....and see Whale Sharks -
fantastic!
South Africa is so interesting....days could have been spent absorbing
the Apartheid museum.
Botswana ....... Elephants, Lions, Termites
.....I loved them.
Zambia... Vic Falls was incredible and I have already investigated buying a
microlight from ebay (What have you guys turned me into?)
A massive thanks to Beth who initially sold me onto the Quest trip, and an
equally large thanks to James and Nick who led us so well.......and finally
a massive thanks to all those who work for Quest behind the scenes preparing
throughout the year......
Kind regards,
Jack"

"Hey
I just got back from my Quest Southern Africa Explorer and would like to say the biggest
thank you to everyone at Quest who helped in any way towards our expedition. It
has been the most amazing six weeks of my life and I just can't get over
some of the things we have done. I've been going through my photographs and
just grinning to myself. I feel I have gained so much from it and feel very
lucky to have had the chance to take part in such a fantastic experience. I think
the itinerary is unbelievable. The salt pans was definitely my favourite night
falling asleep under the stars like that.
Thoroughly enjoyed the diving and all the activities, especially the microlighting.
The trek was a real challenge and I am very proud of myself and the rest of
the group for completing it all.
We had a great group and really worked together as a team, very much helped
along by our awesome leader James....what a guy! I've come home with a new
found confidence and I can't wait to do more travelling.
Many, many thanks to everyone at Quest for everything they have done. I can't
tell you how grateful I am.
Thank you Quest.....
Best wishes, Rachel"

"Hey Beth,
I hope you are having a great time wherever you are in Africa at
the moment. I just wanted to drop you an email saying a massive thank you
for all your help with my questions, the application process etc.
for what was one the most amazing times in my life.
I loved the expedition; the buzz of always being busy, speaking to
the locals as much as possible, the group as a whole!
The whole chabang now feels like a dream as nobody where I
live can fully comprhend what I have seen and done. I know from previous
travels that is how it always is but this time,as I went it alone, there
is nobody around me to get it at all.
I loved Botswana the most. The safari was truly magical and pretty
infallable. We saw so many wondrous sights and some slightly scary ones as an
elphant charged towards our vehicle. I just really adored the landscape and
sheer beauty of places like the Delta. The trek was also a personal
favourite of mine as I just love the feeling of struggling to do
something and then doing it.
I am not sure what else to say, as there is so much, but I really had to get
in touch with you to express my gratitude to you and the rest of the team.
You guys do a great job and through Quest I feel I have made some
wonderful friends and touched a part of the world, that I am now dying to
see more of, in a way I would not have done so without your help.
Anyway really hope to see you soon and catch up then.
